About Sailing Vessel Melisenda
Melisanda is a French designed and built Beneteau 473 cruising sloop. Robustly designed and manufactured, she offers safe and impressively lively performance in all weather conditions.
At 48 feet she sleeps 3 couples in three spacious double cabins (one en-suite and one shared toilet aft) she boasts a roomy interior.
Classically appointed with a midships saloon comfortably accommodating 8 and an aft cockpit seating 6 for alfresco dining.​

Daniel would love to be your host aboard his yacht Melisenda.
University educated extrovert with a real passion for travel and an enquiring mind.
More about Daniel
UK-born but raised in Africa where Daniel started sailing from a young age.
Sailed professionally for around 6 years pre and post university, after which, he drove the proverbial corporate desk for 20 years in London, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Giving up the rat race in early 2023, he returned to the sea to focus on spending time in an environment he loves.
A foodie at heart with an insatiable appetite for travel and local culture he always takes time to connect with the locals. He also enjoys and collects fine wine and always finds an opportunity to explore the vineyards adjacent to his cruising grounds.
